Tanya Busse is a visual artist working with moving-image, installation and photography. She is interested in deep-time, invisible architecture and how power is produced and articulated through material relationships and histories of place. In her new series of works made for NŌUA, Busse explores counter-narratives set within the transforming landscapes of the High North—shaped by globalization, the green transition, mineral extraction, and post-military sites.
